What the hell?
Yeah. My thoughts exactly but we’re here now and yet again the universe is reminding me that I have absolutely no control. So let’s roll from it and embrace this period of post-traumatic growth.
What happens next?
This is a question I ask myself every day. I’m rolling with it and have a personal goal to post updates and progress daily.
Are you going to die?
I’m sure as hell going to do everything I can to heal. We all die eventually but if I can do my best to stay focused on healing, keep my spirits high, and learn from this then I believe I have a fighting chance.
How can I help?
This is a common question and one I don’t always know how to answer. If you are based outside of SF then helping is as simple of sending good vibes, love, and an occasional phone call or comment on the blog, Instagram, or Facebook page. I’d love to hear from you and stay connected.
How is troy?
Troy is taking this one day at a time just like me. A lot of people put focus on the cancer patient when things like this happen but spouses and loved ones need support too. He’s my rock and the most important support in my life so the more our friends and community can show love to him the better. Troy is also going to be one of my blog collaborators. :)
